Description

Get to know one of the greatest destinations on the Mayan coast, ChacchobenA beautiful Archaeological Zone, in a jungle environment full of beautiful landscapes, history and culture.

Visiting the Chacchoben Archaeological Zone is a tourist stop you won't want to miss, this archaeological destination has two main buildings called Temple 24, the Great Plaza, the two stone pillars known as The Twins and many more.

You will also be able to experience the connection with different species of animals such as howler monkeys, spider monkeys, armadillos and foxes. A flexible excursion adapted for you and your companions, our private guides will tell you all about the Mayan culture, while you tour the temples and buildings.

On our way we will stop at the blue cenote for swimming and snorkeling, its ultra crystalline waters and fantastic ecosystem make it one of the favorite cenotes in Quintana Roo, leaving you with an unforgettable experience in a beautiful natural environment.

  • Once you disembark from the cruise

    We will pick you and your companions up at the offices in Costa Maya.

  • Transfer to the Chacchoben Archaeological Zone.

    The time is approximately 1:20 hrs.

  • Arrival and tour in the archaeological zone of Chacchoben.

    You will be able to visit the archaeological site in approximately 1:30 hrs. with an expert guide in the area.

  • Transfer to Cenote Azul

    In 50 minutes you will be able to refresh yourself swimming in an open cenote.

  • Stay in the cenote (1 hr.)

    Continuing with the adventure, enjoy swimming surrounded by lush vegetation.

  • Time to eat

    Continuing with the adventure, enjoy swimming surrounded by lush vegetation.

  • Back to the office in Costa Maya

    You will be able to return to the cruise ship.
