Four cenotes, one day, an unparalleled experience. Casa Tortuga is one of the most complete cenote ecoparks in the Riviera Maya, located deep in the jungle between Playa del Carmen and Tulum. The guided tour visits 2 open cenotes and 2 semi-open cenotes (caverns) with a certified guide, life jacket, and kayak included. After the guided tour (approx. 1 hr 40 min), you can freely stay at the Tres Zapotes open cenote until 6:00 PM.

• Children over 6 years old pay regular admission. Children under 5 years old enter free.
• The use of sunscreen or insect repellent is not allowed in the water to protect the cenotes.
• Smoking is not allowed in any area of the park.
• Food, alcoholic beverages, chewing gum, or coolers are not permitted. The park has a restaurant and cafeteria.
• Pets are only allowed with a medical prescription certifying them as assistance animals. They are not allowed in the water.
• Casa Tortuga is not responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items. The use of available lockers ($100 MXN) is recommended.
• The tour includes passages between underwater caverns. It is not suitable for infants in arms, pregnant women, people with severely reduced mobility, heart conditions, severe asthma, or epilepsy. These people can enjoy the rest of the park's facilities.
• The zip line is suitable for children 8 years and older accompanied by an adult. Minimum weight: 35 kg. Maximum weight: 110 kg. Not suitable for people with heart problems, hypertension, pregnancy, spinal problems, or recent surgery (last 3 months).
• Transportation is not included. You can arrive by collective from Playa del Carmen or Tulum.
